Gravity IT Solutions are the coolest IT guys we know. They want people to actually LIKE them so they provide unrivalled customer service and speak to people like humans. And they have all the IT experience you could ever want.
Gravity’s boss-man Glenn came to us with a website that was built in-house when they first started in business but needed some love. As the business grew, the site no longer reflected the true core services. Product offerings had changed and Glenn was clearer on the future direction, so new web content was needed.
We’ve worked with Gravity IT for years now, and have seen them grow and evolve in a number of exciting ways. From the initial website and photoshoot, we’ve helped them with car wraps, sales proposal designs, business cards, content marketing and more photoshoots to keep up-to-date with the growing team.
What we did
We gave the Gravity IT web site a much need facelift to reflect their branding. We were able to create a web site that stood out from the crowded IT space, while still clearly communicating the core services that Gravity IT provided. Over time, the website has been refined to further reflect Gravity IT’s growing business, including clear service links, calls-to-action and service landing pages.
For an IT business who truly values quality customer relationships, it was a no brainer for us to feature the individuals who answer the phone when there is an IT crisis.
Connecting faces and names is important in any business, and that personal touch is critical to the success of Gravity IT Solutions.
This IT company intentionally has the most un-IT photos and website of any that we’ve come across.
